Our suppliers and subcontractors are considered an extension of our project delivery team and as such, are required at a minimum to meet the standards and requirements of our clients. Once a subcontractor has been engaged, our team has a suite of procedures and processes that enables the project team to manage subcontracted service delivery and suppliers effectively.

Maximising local and indigenous engagement on projects continues to be a strategic priority close to our hearts.
We value the direct and indirect benefits gained and actively support initiatives to enhance engagement of local, small and medium and/or Indigenous businesses across Australia.
We recognise it’s not a one size fits all approach, and each local engagement plan is developed to suit the specific location, project, and situation to ensure we maximise the social and economic value and impact of the partners we engage.
Systems and Requirements

Our Group’s online supplier portal, Gatekeeper, enables us to effectively prequalify and manage our suppliers through a central system.
Once a subcontractor has been engaged, our team has a suite of procedures and processes which enables the project team to effectively manage subcontracted service delivery and suppliers.
